50ks In 30 Days & Southern Cross Novel Challenge 2009

Yes, it’s that time of the year again when the crazy people in the southern hemisphere take the challenge of writing 50,000 words in 30 days. This year I’m doing two challenges at once, the RWAustralia 50ks in 30 Days and the Kiwi Writer’s Southern Cross Novel Challenge.

For both challenges I’m aiming for the 50k mark, but I’m also editing this year, I really need to get ‘Rich Man’ edited and re-written. I know I’ve said this before, but I love doing challenges, they keep me focused and on track.

I was originally going to work on one of my current WIPs BUT last night had another story pop into my head, (I’m sure they sit in wait for me) so I think I’ll work on that for the first couple of weeks and see how I go.
